I was wandering across the park alone the other morning, early, you know that time of day when the sun is so soft and shadows still long and out of focus and a sort of silent haze hangs over everything (love that time of day). Anyway in the midst of that, with not a soul around I suddenly saw this little ray of brightness lying just so in the middle of wide tree lined empty pavement. Made my day.
