CHANEL GETS GRUNGY

Lets face it - it's always been good but this year it just does something it's never done before and surprised us all. Keeping to the classic tailoring, dark colours and stunning fabrics, Karl Lagerfeld has spun this years winter fall collection with a deep sense of Grunge - so uncharacteristic of Chanel.
And yet Wow - how it works.
I am a big fan of wearing black tie "down" - the show stopping Lanvin dress worn with an H&M boys grey hoody. So I suppose its no surprise that I think this is hands down - the collection of the year!
