The building of the 80-million Euro (about $108 mil. US) Stadtbibliothek am Mailänder Platz  began three years ago and the opening ceremonies took place last month.

Apartment dreaming

I am coming to a point where I reckon that in the next year or two I am going to sell up in London and buy my own place somewhere. Who knows - NYC, Berlin, Amsterdam, San Fransico ... or maybe just relocate in London itself. And this folks is exactly what I imagine it will look like: open plan, exposed walls, wood floors, industrial windows and at one end will be my own teeny tiny studio and the other part will have a bedroom and wardrobe come ca!
